About you
- Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a written and oral capacity with all patients, their families and staff.
- Operate at a high level of autonomy whilst providing transcripts of Oncology dictations in a timely, accurate and confidential manner, in line with departmental targets.
- Possess advanced medical terminology with the ability to achieve targeted WPM with a 95% accuracy rate, in line with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties, which may include reception, scheduling, medical records, billing and call centre/switch activities.
- Work autonomously in the absence of decision makers by establishing work priorities, achieving work targets, contributing to team goals in a changing environment. Solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
