Leadership Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the operational management of a site, ensuring that targets are achieved and high-quality outcomes are delivered. As a leader, you will take ownership of your team by providing guidance and motivation to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management: Oversee site operations to achieve targets and deliver quality results.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quality inspections and vehicle repair processes are in place.
3. Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and work providers through prompt, professional interactions.
4. Financial Management and Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, job costings, and management reports to understand site performance.
5. People Management and Development: Oversee staffing levels and processes, proactively build and maintain positive relationships with work providers, and enhance skills and capabilities to build fulfilling careers.
6. Workplace Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by managing WHS systems, following policies and procedures, and addressing safety incidents/near misses promptly.
