Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require:
Essential:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
* Experience in planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating Occupational Therapy services
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and speak to community groups
* Commitment to Quality Assurance, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Occupational Health & Safety principles
* Current Driver's License
Desirable:
* Experience in hospital/healthcare settings
* Understanding of issues in rural and remote service provision
* Knowledge of the Accreditation process, especially EQUIP
* Leadership qualities and skills
* Understanding of Primary Health funding guidelines
