We are seeking experienced and passionate COOKS and KITCHENHANDS for our NEW restaurant in FREMANTLE. The position of COOK / KITCHENHAND is a highly demanding and extremely responsible position and as such we require a person who is dedicated, hardworking and has the ability to deliver exceptional food quality. Hours will be approximately hours per week and will include key shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
To be considered you must possess the following:
* Experience on the PASS would be an advantage
* At least 2 years' experience working in a similar restaurant or role
* Work in all areas of the kitchen operations
* Serve a consistently high quality product as instructed
* Maintenance of equipment and utensils
* Ensure that the kitchen is always in a hygienic state
* The position of employment is a minimum of 6 months.
* MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
