Job Description
What You'll Do
* Develop and deliver marketing and communications plans aligned with our strategic goals.
* Drive brand awareness through digital platforms, social media, and community engagement.
* Create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
* Monitor trends, analyse performance, and optimise strategies.
* Support crisis communication and protect brand reputation.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
* 0.8 FTE
* Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
* 5+ years' experience in marketing and communications.
* Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience in aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors (advantageous).
