Scheduler
* $75K-$90K + Super | Salary based on experience
* Support a Senior Scheduler in a busy, structured team
* Solid pipeline of single & double-storey builds into 2025
TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected residential builder in Osborne Park to find a driven Junior Scheduler. This is a great opportunity to join a steady, high-performing team and build a long-term career in residential construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the creation and maintenance of accurate build schedules
* Coordinate with trades, site teams, and suppliers to meet critical timelines
* Track orders and deliveries to keep site operations running smoothly
* Help resolve delays and update internal systems as builds progress
* Keep project documentation clear, complete, and up to date
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
* Familiarity with scheduling software is an advantage
* Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience are essential
