About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this role is to lead client communication and support the end-to-end client journey while providing high-level administrative and practice support to the accounting team.
Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include: Managing reception and administration duties and coordinating daily office operations Assisting with client communication, including phone calls and email handling Maintaining digital and physical records with accuracy and attention to detail Managing ASIC secretarial services through CAS 360 Supporting onboarding and offboarding for new and departing clients Coordinating electronic signing of tax packages and related documents About You The successful candidate will have experience in an accounting practice, as well as: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero Suite, ASIC and ATO Portals Strong organisational and time-management abilities Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident manner Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement What's in it for You?
