The role
We're on the hunt for a hands‐on, reliable human to lead our small but mighty packaging team at Four Pillars Gin in beautiful Healesville. If you've got a bit of mechanical know‐how, love leading a team, and don't mind getting your hands dirty (and maybe your boots a little gin‐soaked), read on!
A day in the life
- Kick off the day helping set up our bottling and packaging machinery
- Operate the machine during the day and troubleshoot any hiccups that pop up
- Management of day‐to‐day bottling activities, including direction and supervision of staff
- Ensure quality assurance requirements and procedures are followed
- Work with the team, shuffling between roles like bottling, labelling, packing, and dispatch – everyone pitches in
- HACCP control
- Cellar hand work in Distillery (1 day/ week)
What we're looking for
- Someone with solid mechanical aptitude – you're not afraid of buttons, gears, or solving little machine mysteries
- Team leadership experience
- Physically fit – there's a bit of lifting (up to 20kg) and manual handling involved
- Reliable and proactive – we love people who show up and get stuck in
- Bonus points if you have a forklift license

- Location: Four Pillars Distillery, Healesville, VIC
- Days: 5 Days Combination or 3⁄4 days bottling, 1 day distillery
