Harris Scarfe is continuing to expand its store footprint into QLD region and we have four stores opening in the next 6 months
With three stores around the Northern suburbs and one in Ballina- If you are looking for a new challenge, we have Store Manager and ASM leadership roles available and in the future team roles for these new stores. We are hiring early so our new leadership team can train for a period of time in our existing Harris Scarfe stores to ensure we set you up for success

This Opportunity:

* Lead, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
* Oversee merchandising, store presentation and promotional execution
* Manage high stock volumes efficiently and accurately
* Drive store targets, KPIs and operational outcomes
* Support talent development and succession planning
* Create an engaging, customer-first environment
What you will bring:
* Proven retail management experience (essential)
* Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
* Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
* A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
* Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
