Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisation Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, including finance, administration, and program management. They will work closely with the Committee of Management to develop and implement strategies to achieve the organisation's goals and objectives.
About the Role:
* Oversight of organisational finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Management of staff and volunteers, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
* Development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of the community.
* Collaboration with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other organisations.
* Representation of the organisation at external meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the development of strategic plans and budgets.
* Oversee the financial sustainability of the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other organisations.
* Represent the organisation at external meetings and events.
* Provide guidance and support to staff and volunteers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in business, management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
* Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
