We’re on the hunt for an experienced Temporary Property Manager to step in for a 6–8 week assignment starting next week. Based in the vibrant Lower North Shore, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic agency with a supportive and professional team.
Start next week | 6-8 week booking | $40-$55 / hr + Super (depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a tidy residential portfolio of 170 properties
* Day-to-day management – routines, repairs, tenant/landlord liaison
* No leasing or accounts – just solid property management
* Using industry-standard software (experience with PropertyMe or REST highly regarded)
* Monday to Friday only – no weekends!
What we’re looking for:
* A seasoned Property Manager who can step in with confidence
* Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
* Someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys a well-run office
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
* Experience with PropertyMe or REST highly regarded.
