What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to our high standards
* Replenishing supplies and linens in guest rooms
* Assisting with laundry duties as needed
* Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor
* Providing exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all guests
* Reliability is a must - this is a casual position and we reward reliable hardworking staff
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in the hospitality industry
* A minimum of 1+ years of housekeeping experience is required for this position
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Australian work rights are required for this position
