About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservations Sales Agent. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and friendly service to guests via various communication channels, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to their queries.
* Maintain accuracy when processing guest information and transactions, ensuring seamless interactions with other departments.
* Liaise with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services.
* Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities, providing informative and helpful guidance to enhance their stay.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar reservations environment or customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and proficiency in OPERA PMS.
* Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, with additional languages an asset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
