Our client is a leading top tier law firm who are seeking a talented and driven Senior Litigation Lawyer (3–6 PQE) to join its award-winning Dispute Resolution practice in Sydney.
This firm is widely recognised for its market-leading disputes capability and regularly acts on the most complex, high-profile litigation and regulatory matters in the country. Working alongside partners who are leaders in the field, the successful candidate will play a key role in advising on a diverse mix of commercial disputes, class actions, and product liability litigation, often involving high-value, multi-party proceedings.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team that prides itself on strategic thinking, legal excellence and strong client relationships. Reporting to prominent litigation partners, the role will involve:
* Acting on large-scale class actions, product liability matters and regulatory disputes
* Advising clients across multiple industries, including life sciences, automotive, and financial services
* Drafting correspondence, legal advice, evidence, and court documents (interlocutory and final)
* Liaising directly with senior clients, counsel and experts
* Managing files and contributing to overall litigation strategy
* Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team

About You
This role will suit a commercially astute and ambitious lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment. You will ideally bring:
* 3–6 years’ post-admission experience in a reputable commercial litigation or dispute resolution team
* Strong exposure to Federal and/or Supreme Court matters
* Experience acting on complex, large-scale litigation or class actions
* Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset
* The ability to manage competing priorities and client expectations with confidence and maturity
