Rosewood Care Group is seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join our Hotel Services team at our West Perth and Leederville facilities. These roles are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility, including internal and external areas.
* Follow cleaning schedules, duty lists, and check-off procedures.
* Ensure cleaning records are completed and maintained as required.
* Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions.
* Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Ensure safe and correct use of cleaning chemicals in line with Safety Data Sheets.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults.
* Store cleaning equipment and materials in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
* Carry out duties efficiently while minimising disruption to residents.
* Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
* Work collaboratively with team members to support a safe and positive working environment.
Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices relevant to cleaning roles.
* Understanding of infection control principles preferred.
* Previous experience in cleaning services, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or similar environments.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards.
