About the Role
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to leadership and staff, providing hands‐on HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll bring a balanced approach of professionalism and empathy, helping to foster a supportive and engaged workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate on performance management processes with a coaching-focused approach
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding/induction programs
* Support leaders with HR best practice and policy implementation
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative and values-driven school environment
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Advisor role
* Strong working knowledge of employee relations
* Confident managing performance conversations with care and integrity
* Passion for education, community engagement, and people development
* A team player who brings energy, warmth, and a solutions-focused mindset
