**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Manage and develop a team of store associates, including recruiting, training, and performance management
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Manage the store's budget and expenses
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in big box retail store management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of big box retail operations and inventory management
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
