Position Overview: The Maintenance & Grounds Support Worker is responsible for the day‑to‑day care and upkeep of Sundale’s grounds, facilities, and equipment. In this roving position you will support multiple sites, working closely with Team Leads, Residential Services Managers, and other Sundale teams.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Grounds and garden maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, planting) Routine inspections of buildings, grounds, plant and equipment Minor maintenance and repairs (e.g. basic carpentry, plumbing, general fixes) Hazard identification and prompt response to safety issues Coordinating with contractors when required Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across all sites Supporting WHS compliance and completing required documentation
