Senior Legal Counsel Role
This is a senior role that requires an accomplished legal professional with deep expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and enterprise bargaining.
The key responsibilities of this role include delivering expert legal advice, managing enterprise bargaining processes, providing legal counsel to internal teams, drafting commercial agreements, and conducting legal research.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Laws degree, a current unrestricted practising certificate, and at least 5 years' post-admission experience. You will also need to have strong skills in legal research, negotiation, and compliance, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.
