Insurance Marketing Manager (B2B)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Insurance Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within the ANZ insurance vertical. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to fuel pipeline growth, working closely with sales, product, and customer teams to build industry partnerships and impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading the insurance marketing initiatives in ANZ, including events and digital campaigns, to meet pipeline and squad goals.
Building strong relationships with sales and product teams.
Managing marketing budgets and resources effectively.
Evaluating the impact of marketing programs and presenting performance insights in quarterly reviews.
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
Experience in insurance or highly regulated industries is advantageous.
Proven success in developing end-to-end marketing programs, including digital campaigns and ABM initiatives.
Strong collaboration skills with sales and product teams across regions.
Experience managing budgets and analyzing marketing performance data.
Excellent communication skills and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
A strategic mindset with the ability to execute with precision and adapt across time zones.
