YOUR ROLE:
* Coordinate the end-to-end execution of EDM campaigns across all brands, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
* Own the day-to-day management of the EDM channel, including audience segmentation, EDM builds, campaign setup, testing, and deployment via DotDigital
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Brand, and E-Commerce to ensure the EDM strategy supports customer lifecycle journeys and D2C and B2B growth initiatives.
* Contribute to the loyalty strategy by developing promotional ideas, loyalty offers and campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchase behaviour.
* Monitor the competitive landscape, reporting on competitor activity and emerging trends in loyalty, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
* Lead the reporting and performance analysis of the EDM channel, tracking KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
* Support loyalty program reporting and insights, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, segmentation, and promotional performance.
* Collaborate with agency and internal creative teams to brief and coordinate content assets for campaigns.
* Assist with ad hoc digital marketing or loyalty projects as directed by the Marketing Automation & Loyalty Manager.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* At least 2 years' experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or email marketing role
* Hands-on experience with email platforms like DotDigital, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar
* A strong understanding of customer segmentation, data, and CRM workflows
* Comfort using tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards (Power BI experience is a plus, not a must)
* A genuine interest in loyalty marketing and building campaigns that customers love
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
* Great communication skills and a knack for turning insights into action
* Confidence using everyday tools like Microsoft Office and SharePoint
