Appointment Setter - Home Buying

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the crucial first step in our client journey. You’ll handle warm, inbound leads referred by Aussie brokers and marketing, qualifying them and booking strategy sessions with our Sales Consultants.

Your role is about creating trust, excitement, and momentum — ensuring every client has a smooth entry into their property journey.

As An Aussie Appointment Setter, You’ll

- Manage 100% inbound leads — no cold calling required.
- Qualify clients through structured discovery calls.
- Explain the benefits of working with a Buyer’s Agent.
- Book strategy sessions with our Sales Consultants.
- Maintain accurate records and a clean pipeline using Salesforce.
- Provide exceptional first impressions that set clients up for success.

Qualifications

Required:

- A background in sales, retail, or customer service.
- An interest in pursuing a career in the real-estate industry.
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Confident handling objections and guiding conversations with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Self-motivated and driven to hit (and exceed) targets.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales technology (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Preferred

- Phone-based sales or customer service experience.
- Experience working with warm, inbound leads.
