**About the Role**
Reporting to the National Sales Manager the purpose of this role is to support the Retail Dealer Finance team and strategically capture market share from competitors and third-party brokers in offering Business manager services to dealers on a full time or relief style basis.
You will also support the National Sales Manager team various tasks including but not limited to: Attending manufacturer backed shows, Market research, Vendor reporting and meetings, system testing and preparation of manufacture campaigns.
**About you**
- Previous experience working with Dealerships is advantageous (ie Motorcycle, Car, Boat or Caravan Dealerships)
- Strong understanding of the compliance & regulatory requirements of banking
- Able to operate in a fast-paced setting autonomously
- Understanding and identification of key market competitors
- Experience and understanding of Finance Product Solutions
- Strive to provide exceptional levels of customer service to both customers & business partners
- High attention to detail
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills
