About the Role
This role involves managing our reception area and being the first point of contact for guests and team members.
You will assist with various administrative tasks and lead on initiatives while working closely with Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reception area, including welcoming guests
* Maintain office and kitchen supplies
* Schedule meetings and manage meeting room calendars
* Ensure cleanliness and safety of meeting rooms and office areas
* Assist with meeting room setup and troubleshoot AV and IT equipment
* Organise catering for internal events
* Contribute to the maintenance of the company intranet
* Assist with planning internal events
* Maintenance of the company asset register
* Assist with company travel and expense management
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, friendly and well-presented.
