Haven Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a thriving and highly respected real estate agency in Hobart to find their next Sales Administrator & Receptionist. This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll be the welcoming face of the business, the backbone of a high-performing team, and an integral part of keeping daily operations running seamlessly. What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the team, you'll be involved in both client-facing and behind-the-scenes operations, including: Sales Support Coordinating property marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms Preparing property listings, proposals, and promotional materials Creating market reports and sales documentation Assisting with open home and inspection collateral Supporting agents with day-to-day administration and campaign management Reception & Office Operations Being the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming enquiries Managing front-of-house presentation and office administration Coordinating documentation between sales and property management teams Assisting with general office organisation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations About You We're looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service. About you: Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience Real estate experience (highly regarded but not essential) Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A positive, team-focused approach and eagerness to learn What's In It For You?
