Are you ready to be part of a high-performing team supporting critical technology systems in a 24/7 remote operations' environment? This is your opportunity to work within a Perth-based Technology Remote Operations Centre, providing essential support to integrated operations across major assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering Level 1 support for Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems, both in-person and remotely.
* Acting as the first point of contact for production system faults and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
* Monitoring systems proactively to maintain consistent delivery of critical services.
* Collaborating with dispatch, control teams, vendors, and technical support to resolve issues.
* Executing planned maintenance and minor improvement works safely and efficiently.
* Managing computing hardware replacements, upgrades, and software installations.
* Raising and managing tickets in ServiceNow and SAP with detailed technical documentation.
* Supporting business continuity planning through regular checks of backup facilities.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Technical aptitude in IT and/or OT systems.
* Attention to detail in incident logging and impact assessment.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions.
* Familiarity with escalation processes and support tiers.
