Job Title: Club Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a sports and recreation facility.

* Manage staff, training programs, and quality assurance to ensure optimal facility usage.
* Develop and execute business plans to increase revenue streams and grow membership numbers.
* Build relationships with stakeholders including local businesses, community groups, and government agencies.
* Provide administrative support including rostering, budget management, and reporting.
* Ensure a child-safe environment and conduct regular WHS audits.


About You

We are seeking a motivated individual with:

* Minimum 2 years experience in sport and leisure venue management.
* Proven business management skills, including operation planning and innovative ideas.
* Strong networking and leadership abilities.
* Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Genuine care for the community and alignment to our mission and values.
* Ability to obtain required certifications.
