About Our Support Worker Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to work 24 hours per week in Invergordon, supporting four adults to live independently in their own homes.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily support to these individuals, with social support, medication administration, and managing their home. You will also encourage them to engage in activities they enjoy, such as cycling, swimming, bowling, gaming, listening to music, spending time with family, reading, and other hobbies.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to individuals living in their own homes
* Assist with the administration of medications
* Manage household tasks and duties
* Support individuals to participate in activities they love
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:
* A full UK driving license (for use of household vehicles)
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
