Agitator Drivers
Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service, becoming the face of our business. You will make multiple deliveries throughout the day, operate the batch plant, and interact with various people. Every day is different—nothing routine about this role
About The Role
* Rates: $35.74ph plus penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours).
* Location: Karratha Concrete Plant.
* This role is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels, requiring comfort in interacting with new people daily.
* We provide advanced technology to ensure safety, route mapping, and load tracking.
* All new hires undergo a 10-day training program before operating independently.
About You
* Minimum HR license (essential), with previous driving experience preferred.
* You enjoy meeting and chatting with people onsite.
* You thrive on variety; no two days are the same.
* You take pride in your truck's appearance; it's a mobile billboard.
* Must pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol tests (including random testing).
What We Offer
* Housing allowance: $650/$700 per week or company-provided housing.
* North-West allowance: $7ph.
* Meal allowance: non-taxed $150 per week.
* Hourly rate: $35.74 + penalties.
