permanent part-time 
(25 hours per week) 
Client Services Officer 
to join our team. 
You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment that reinforces their commitment to excellent customer care. Working in a small team your role will be to provide administration support to one of our Financial Planners. 
The position is office based, hours spread across Monday to Friday, with flexibility provided for start and finish times. 
Position Overview 
Welcoming clients – telephone and in person 
Maintain and update client databases and files to ensure compliance and accuracy 
Prepare forms and reports for clients 
Handle client implementation processes, including preparation of necessary paperwork 
Support the Financial Planner with administration tasks, such as diary management, documents for client review meetings and coordinate and schedule client meetings 
Position Requirements 
Previous experience within the financial services sector (preferred but not essential as training shall be provided) 
Studying a Finance degree or similar would be look on favourably 
Proficiency with XPlan will be highly regarded, strong Microsoft Office skills is a requirement 
The ability to work effectively in a team 
Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in your work 
Outstanding customer services capabilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach 
The ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
