The Role We are partnering with a global manufacturing leader in the Automotive Industry. This role will be a 12-month FTC maternity leave cover where you will be the standalone People and Culture lead. This role will also have some payroll preparation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and recommend People & Culture strategies, including Safety and Environment, to support business objectives. Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to meet workforce needs. Oversee office administration and facility management functions. Lead employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, security, health and safety. Plan and manage training initiatives to meet organisational and employee development needs, including the creation of tailored training modules. Ensure all People & Culture activities comply with applicable legislation, internal policies, and governance standards. Promote effective communication and collaboration across local and international teams to support organisational goals. Prepare budgets, business plans, and management reports for corporate stakeholders. Assist with the coordination of corporate events and employee engagement activities. Manage corporate travel arrangements, including vendor liaison and contract negotiation. Your Profile Proven experience as an HR Generalist across the full employee lifecycle Confident to manage the standalone P&C function Proficient in end-to-end payroll processing using Employment Hero or similar Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, WHS, and EEO compliance Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Experience in training coordination and development of learning initiatives Able to manage teams in office administration, facilities, and corporate travel Confident communicator with experience supporting local and international teams Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
