Roles and Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Screening, Validation, Negotiation Contract and Permanent Staffing.
- Interview scheduling, Interview follow up, Guiding resource for interview location, time etc.
- Generating and Maintaining Database of all resumes received through various sources.
- Posting jobs on Portals.
- Creating Report on weekly basis for the division and sending it to Senior Management.
- Collect all the feedbacks and interact with the manager to understand and arrive at the hire decision.
- Understanding the JD requirement and working according on Technical skills
- Salary Negotiation with resources to make higher margin from each positions
- Working for Permanent and Contract staffing.
- Taking feedback from Lead and Manager and working accordingly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $73,259.00 - $82,510.00 per year
