Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated financial reporting packs for global headquarters.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
* Manage the preparation of annual statutory reports across multiple entities.
* Coordinate external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
* Oversee governance of balance sheet and subledger reconciliations across local and overseas entities.
* Review and post journal entries, approve payment runs and bank transfers.
* Present weekly cash flow and debtor reports to senior leadership and respond to global treasury queries.
* Champion internal controls and financial governance across the group.
* Drive continuous improvement and capability development.
Profile
About You
* CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
* 10+ years' experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit within large multinational organisations.
* Strong understanding of multicurrency balance sheets and intercompany reconciliations.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
