As part of this role, you will work on a variety of projects independently as you work towards eventually leading your own team of engineers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, planning, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, regulatory standards and budgets.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from design to construction.Provide technical leadership and advice on best practices in civil design and implementation.Create business opportunities by reaching out to contacts where you will be rewarded through a KPI structure.What You’ll Need to Succeed:Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related.Minimum 5 years civil engineering experience with drafting and design capability.Ideally has mining contacts to help bring in new projects to the consultancy.Background in mining and consulting is highly desirable.Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.Excellent client management skills.A go getter attitude with a motivation to succeed.How to Apply:If this sounds of interest, please hit 'Apply'.#J-18808-Ljbffr
