SEO Specialist

The Opportunity
As part of a collaborative team of strategists and analysts, you'll be leading a small team of SEO Specialists to drive better, faster, and smarter outcomes for our clients utilising the typical suite of SEO tools and AI solutions.
We work with brands that treat us as true partners. Your role will blend web development know-how, data fluency, and AI-enhanced optimisation techniques to build SEO strategies that scale—both in reach and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site and off-site SEO analysis to analyse competitive landscapes and identify emerging opportunities.
Conduct keyword research.
Develop and present audits to analyse site health, identify indexing issues, and surface technical inefficiencies at scale.
Automate routine SEO tasks through AI agents, scripts or automation platforms to free up time for high-leverage strategy.
Collaborate with content teams, providing them with LLM-generated outlines, blog structures, and data-backed insights to support content creation.
Monitor performance in GA4, Search Console and Semrush to identify performance trends.
Execute link-building strategies, enriched by analysis and risk scoring.
Ensure proper implementation of tracking codes, schema markup and analytics integrations.
Stay ahead of the curve with evolving AI tools, SEO trends, and algorithm updates, acting as a champion of innovation in the team.
Your Toolkit
A marketing or tech-related degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong foundation in all areas of SEO
Experience in site migrations
Hands-on with GA4, GSC, and advanced SEO tooling (e.g. Screaming Frog, Semrush etc.)
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and how to orchestrate outputs using prompts, plugins, or APIs
Nice to have: Working knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS) and hosting environments
Nice to have: Git repository usage and version control experience
Nice to have: Familiarity with domain scraping, PBN setups (where appropriate), and automation workflows
