Be part of our high-performing Distribution Centre and wider business as a dedicated ICT Support Officer.
* You'll provide on-the-ground tech support to ensure smooth and secure operations.
* Troubleshoot IT hardware, including scanners, label printers, barcode scanners, and PC stations.
* Support SaaS applications and collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve system issues.
* Administer and maintain internal cloud infrastructure, monitoring cybersecurity risks and taking proactive measures.
* Manage the network environment, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and more.
* Support custom internal tools and systems.
* Ensure SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting.
Requirements
* Strong experience in ICT support, preferably in agile environments or warehouse/logistics settings.
* Confident troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems.
* Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS) and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
* Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
* A self-starter who works autonomously and is proactive with follow-up and escalation.
