The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Development team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful, business-critical projects in some of Australia's most iconic regional locations.

* Manage a portfolio of development projects from concept through to completion.
* Drive projects forward by coordinating consultants, stakeholders, planning approvals, and site delivery.
* Lead continuous improvement across project systems and guidelines.
* Monitor consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure cost-effective and timely outcomes.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk throughout the lifecycle of each build.
* Partner with operations teams to plan and communicate staging updates.
* Apply customer insights, environmental considerations, and ESG priorities into every project decision.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Tertiary or trade qualifications in construction or a related discipline.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in project or construction management.
* Proven ability to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects.
* Strong capability in:
* Cost estimation and budget management.
* Design and engineering coordination.
* Project programming and scheduling.
* Approvals and contract administration.
* Procurement and site management.
* Stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
* WHS and environmental compliance.
