Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.To do a great job, you'll need:Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our valuesExperience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handlingExperience with providing personal careGreat patience and willingness to build rapport with clientsEnthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great livesCommitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionalsFull driver's licence and comfort with driving clients' vehiclesWillingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required.
