Facilities Maintenance Assistant
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our facilities team as a Facilities Maintenance Assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining cleanliness of all floor areas, including offices, meeting rooms, and common spaces
* General cleaning of the car park, grounds, and outdoor facilities
* Cleaning tables, glass collection, ash trays, and other public areas
* Set up and cleaning for special events and functions, including conferences and banquets

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner
* Ability to communicate effectively and liaise at all levels, both verbally and in writing
* Fantastic time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
