Our Client
Our client is a long-established Australian supplier of specialised grain and feed handling equipment, including pneumatic grain transfer systems, feed transport equipment and grain aeration systems. With more than 30 years of operating in Australia, the business services customers across the on-farm, bulk grain, milling and processing sectors. Due to continued growth across the eastern seaboard, they are seeking a Northern Regional Sales Representative to maintain and expand their market presence in Queensland and NSW.
The Role
* Maintain and grow existing customer relationships across QLD and NSW
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Provide technical product support and solutions to customers
* Prepare and attend field days and industry events
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies
* Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and budgeting
* Assist with the delivery and commissioning of equipment where required
This is a field-based position requiring regular travel throughout regional Queensland and New South Wales. The role suits a self-motivated individual who can work independently while delivering strong customer outcomes.
Requirements
* Background in heavy road transport, machinery or mechanical industries
* Diesel mechanic, mechanical repair or truck dealership experience is highly regarded
* Agricultural sales experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
