About the role:Working within our dedicated administration team, you will coordinate the fortnightly rosters, manage daily staffing needs and provide friendly, efficient support to residents, families and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being the organisational "go-to" person in a busy residential aged care environment.

*Monday to Friday | 60 hours per fortnight | Fixed Term until 02 April 26*

Your day-to-day will involve:

* Coordinate, update and finalise fortnightly staff rosters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for payroll
* Action daily roster changes including leave, shift replacements, coding of hours and processing system exceptions
* Communicate with staff regarding availability, shift requests, training schedules and employment conditions
* Maintain accurate staff records, qualifications, training compliance and HRIS updates
* Provide responsive administrative support to the Residential Manager, Business Services Coordinator and wider team
* Support reception operations by assisting with enquiries, phone calls, resident requests and general admin duties

About you:You are an organised, people-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining empathy for residents and diplomacy with families is key to success.

To be successful, you will have:

* Experience in office administration (aged care or healthcare preferred)
* Previous rostering experience using computerised systems (UKG advantageous)
* Ability to interpret Awards/Enterprise Agreements and apply them to staffing and rostering
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
* High attention to detail, numerical accuracy and data-entry capability
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
