The IWFM Program is a key strategic initiative for Queensland Health and seeks to enhance the roster-to-pay process, deliver positive outcomes to support enhanced workforce management and drive the delivery of tangible benefits for both Hospital and Health Services and the Department of Health.
We are looking for skilled and talented professionals to join us in delivering Stage 3 of the IWFM Program, implementing the IWFM enterprise electronic rostering solution, Infor WFM (Workbrain), to predominantly nursing and midwifery across all Queensland HHSs. Our next implementations will be at Gold Coast HHS, Toowoomba HHS and Townsville HHS. We encourage all local talent as well as those who are Brisbane based and in the surrounding areas to apply.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change preferably in a ICT program/project(s) within a healthcare environment.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to operationalise solutions that meet project objectives.
- Proven ability to deliver change activities across a number of program deliverables unguided and alongside clinical and administrative leaders.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders within a healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in managing, supporting and mentoring change management teams
