Job Description We are seeking a qualified commis chef who is interested in developing their culinary skills within the hotel environment. This is a full-time position. What you will be doing: Focus on the daily operations of the Hotel's Food & Beverage Outlets, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and functions. Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point regulations are adhered to. Assisting and liaising with the Chef on duty as required. Demonstrate a variety of culinary techniques and use them in the development of the culinary team.
