Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. Working across multiple channels, you'll respond to inquiries and deliver professional, exemplary support via face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You'll hand activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and general administrative tasks/inquiries.
Skills and Experiences
* Proven experience in an inbound call centre and/or client-facing customer-service environment.
* Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
* Flexibility. This office-based role requires two rotating shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
* The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms.
* A self-starter attitude with robust organizational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
