About The Role
Are you a positive and competent administrator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments? We are looking for a proactive Business Support Officer to support our Strategy & Urban Analytics team. You will help drive effectiveness and efficiencies across a range of key projects and services.
As part of a passionate team committed to community outcomes, you'll provide a wide range of support, from day-to-day organisation to high-level administrative and financial support. You will help manage priorities across a range of teams and contribute to advancing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
provide financial admin support including purchase orders, invoices and reporting
deliver high-quality admin support across divisional teams
assist in coordinating events, activities and stakeholder communications
support internal projects that drive improved outcomes and customer experience
flexibly supplement team capacity as business needs arise.
What We're Looking For
experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
high-level skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
experience preparing reports, presentations and professional correspondence
flexible, discreet and confident working across multiple teams
knowledge of records management systems (e.g. TRIM/Content Manager) is a plus.
