The Role.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, and act as the key point of contact on site, working closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful outcomes across multiple sectors.
This role suits an experienced Site Manager or Foreman who enjoys variety, fast paced projects and working within a well supported national delivery team.
Responsibilities.
* Manage daily site operations across fit-out and refurbishment projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site trades
* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality requirements
* Enforce WHS standards and conduct site inspections
* Manage site documentation, inductions and permits
* Liaise with Project Managers, consultants and clients
* Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
About You.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit-out or refurbishment construction
* Strong understanding of short term programming and trade coordination
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in live environments
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Sound knowledge of WHS and site compliance requirements
* Trade background or construction qualification preferred
