Full Time Graphic Designer, Print Technician and Sales Specialist!
Our client is opening a new and premier print shop located in a busy shopping centre, and we're looking for talented, creative sales and print technicians with experience in graphic design!
Coming from a print technician background, you will offer customer service and creative advice in this brand-new interactive design and print concept store. You will be able to work with modern digital workflows and have the latest printing equipment at your fingertips to deliver customers highly customised prints and products. You will thrive in this creative, customer focused business and welcome the freedom to further flex your creativity with fun and dynamic content creation to build an engaged online following and capture the attention of new customers with regular and exciting posts!
Role & Responsibilities
* In store graphic consultation and design
* Delivering custom artwork in a fast-turnaround printing environment
* Fulfilling online artwork requests and orders
* UV print production (training provided on specific equipment)
* Retail shop sales and general business operations
* Taking care and responsibility for high-value production equipment
What this business Needs from you!
* Previous experience in a digital printing environment preferred, not essential!
* Exposure to Roland / Mimaki or similar equipment HIGHLY REGARDED!
* Strong skills in Microsoft & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator + Photoshop essential...)
* Ability to deliver great customer service and grow relationships
* Confidence to work quickly & accurately when under pressure
* Sensational creative skills and passion with a GREAT attitude
* Reliability, punctuality and high-level awareness of the smaller details
