**About the role**
Due to promotion of a current staff member an opportunity has arisen for an Office Coordinator to join our client's team based in Fyshwick ACT.
As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible overseeing the daily operations of the office. You will be in charge of coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring that the office is running smoothly.
**Your duties will include**
- Dealing with technicians to collect relevant information
- Generating invoices & purchase orders
- Organizing inductions, compliance &
- General admin duties
- Handling office correspondence, and ensuring that office policies and procedures are being followed.
**What we are looking for**:
- Ability to maintain a skilled and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks to completion.
