Property Manager (Casual - 3 days per week) Location: Perth Metropolitan Area Rate: $46.25 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) Hours: 22.8 hours per week (3 days)
About Us:
Hubsi is a boutique venture capital and investment company with a diverse portfolio across gaming, technology, real estate, and agriculture. We are seeking a qualified Property Manager to oversee our residential property portfolio while providing administrative support to our Director.
Over the last 12 months we have expanded our asset base through the acquisition of over $5 million dollars of technology, real estate and agricultural assets and require a go getter property manager who can take the reins on property management and trade management.
Essential Requirements:
* Current WA Real Estate Registration Certificate/Property Management License
* Minimum 3 years proven experience in property management in Australia
* Demonstrated experience with REIWA leases and documentation
* Valid Western Australian driver's license and own vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
* Manage established lodging houses and residential properties
* Oversee property renovation projects and improvements
* Coordinate contractors and maintenance works
* Manage tenant relationships and leasing processes
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Maintain high occupancy rates and maximize returns
* Handle all property management documentation and REIWA contracts
Director Support:
* Provide administrative assistance to Director
* Support documentation for property-related matters
* Coordinate with professional service providers
* Assist with property due diligence when required
Required Skills & Experience:
* Current property management qualification
* Strong understanding of WA residential tenancy laws
* Experience managing renovation projects
* Proven track record in WA property management
* Experience with REIWA documentation and processes
* Strong financial literacy and budget management skills
