REVENUE & DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR - St Leonards, Sydney

Hamilton Island is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue & Distribution Coordinator to join our Sydney-based Sales & Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll maintain rates, inventory and content across all distribution systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates that maximise sales opportunities.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Load, update and maintain accommodation rates and content across PMS, CRS/GDS, channel management systems and booking engines
- Monitor inventory, rate parity and availability across all distribution channels
- Troubleshoot integration issues across platforms including SynXis, Siteminder and IDeaS
- Conduct rate audits and provide reporting for Revenue, Reservations and Sales teams
- Communicate new rates, promotions and procedures to internal teams
- Maintain event calendars and set up group booking links in SynXis
- Build strong relationships with online trade partners and internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for

You’re an organised and analytical professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment. With a robust eye for detail and the ability to quickly learn and manage systems, you’ll ensure accuracy across multiple channels while supporting the team with proactive problem-solving.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- Previous experience in hotel or travel online distribution (highly regarded)
- Exposure to PMS (SMS Host), CRS/GDS (SynXis) or Siteminder (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, approachable style
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and focus
